Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Wall Township, NJ. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $32.00–$40.00 and works in SNF and long-term care settings under supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in NJ.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
