Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Wall Township, NJ. This position offers a strong clinical development path within SNF and long-term care settings, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Must be licensed as a PTA in the state and willing to collaborate with licensed therapists to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive patient outcomes across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist according to state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes and patient progress.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
