Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in New Jersey. The role offers compensation of $34.00–$42.00 per hour and a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Employment type is Full-Time with strong benefits and a focus on professional development.

The PTA will provide supervised therapy, assist with patient evaluations, and ensure compliant documentation while collaborating with the care team to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
