Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Illinois. This full-time role offers a structured clinical environment in SNF and long-term care settings, with a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for professional growth.

You will provide therapy under supervision, assist in evaluating patients, coordinate with the PT, maintain compliant documentation, and support our mission to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
