Job summary

RehabAuthority Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN network team at 337 W Iowa Ave, Nampa, ID. You will work closely with licensed PTs to implement treatment plans and support patients in their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in assisting with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Prior experience as PTA in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on a regular basis regarding patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure and monitor caseload to ensure patients are staying compliant with attendance.
