RehabAuthority Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in Nampa, Idaho. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality mobility and pain management through personalized rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and integrate advances into practice.
