Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation in St. Charles, MO seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for full-time or PRN roles to join our in-house therapy team.

The PTA will assist with treatment plans across orthopedic, neurological, short-term and long-term care, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on patient mobility and functional goals. We offer a competitive hourly pay of $30–$40, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Missouri license or eligibility required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload.
• Work under the supervising Physical Therapist to support mobility and goals.
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Document care and track patient progress per SNF standards.
• Use current equipment and modalities.
