Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric PT in home settings in Kathleen, FL. Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
• Able to see patients at ZIP codes 33805 and 33801.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
