Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver geriatric therapy during home visits in Polk City, FL. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to help residents maintain independence.

You’ll provide skilled PT assistance under the plan of care, document promptly, and collaborate with physicians and families. Requires an Associate degree, Florida PTA license, and preference for two years of clinical experience.
