Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy during home visits in Wesley Chapel, FL. The PTA will work under the plan of care to help residents maintain mobility and independence in an outpatient-therapy-at-home setting.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy in a collaborative team, and competitive compensation of $65 per 4-unit treatment. Florida PTA licensure and an associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
• Home visit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
