Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Bethlehem, PA. This part-time position averages 25 hours per week with per diem weekend and occasional weekday coverage, and pay-rate starts at $29.00/hr with opportunity to earn more based on experience.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PTA in Pennsylvania.
• Knowledge of PTA treatment techniques and supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide interventions including exercise, mobility training, gait training, and manual therapy.
• Observe responses and communicate progress to the supervising Therapist.
• Assist during evaluations, testing, and complex procedures as directed.
• Instruct patients and families in safe mobility techniques and therapeutic activities.
