Qualifications

• Must graduate from an Accredited PTA program and hold at least an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a MN PTA license.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations (state, federal, local).
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans.
• Apply anatomy/physiology knowledge to patient care.
