Pro Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join the Maple Lawn Senior Care team in Fulda, MN. New grads welcome. Earn $45-$55 per hour, with a $7,500 bonus paid over 18 months and tuition reimbursement.

This full-time, benefits-eligible position features a flexible start/end time and a rural setting designed for building a full caseload quickly. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic activities, family education, progress monitoring, and collaboration

Qualifications

Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Must possess a current MN OTR license.
Knowledge of state, federal and local long-term care regulations.
Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patients to determine needs affecting daily activities.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve independence.
Provide therapeutic activities to improve motor skills and coordination.
Educate patients and families on coping strategies and home modifications.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
