Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work closely with our team of physical therapists in Caldwell, ID. The PTA will implement therapeutic exercises, assist with treatments, and help ensure patients receive high-quality care to aid recovery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and patient education, with a focus on efficient care delivery and positive patient outcomes in a clinic setting.

Competenze

• Accredited PTA program completed.
• State licensure or PTA certification.
• Excellent communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Mansioni

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure caseload attendance compliance.
• Aid in administering therapeutic interventions such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Set up and maintain therapy equipment.
• Provide support during patient evaluations and assessments.
• Maintain detailed patient records including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families about exercises, treatments, and home care routines.
• Collaborate with PTs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
