Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on assisting Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients in home care settings.

Ideal candidates have experience in patient care, with familiarity in geriatrics or orthopedics, and knowledge of physiology. You will educate families and monitor patient progress as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, geriatrics, orthopedics, hospital settings or home care preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.
