Job summary

Prava Therapy is seeking a versatile Physical Therapist Assistant to support a luxury 55+ community in the South Charlotte area. You will split time between our outpatient clinic and in-home visits, delivering personalized care that improves mobility and quality of life for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of outpatient experience and an active NC PTA license. This is a flexible, patient-centered role with a light travel requirement and a focus on compassionate, high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina PTA license.
• 1–2 years outpatient experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to community.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise-based treatments.
• Conduct outpatient home visits for local patients, ensuring top-tier care in a comfortable environment.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Provide wellness classes or personal training formats for patients.
