Job summary

Prava Therapy is seeking a versatile Physical Therapist Assistant to support a luxury 55+ community in the South Charlotte area. You will split time between our outpatient clinic and in-home visits, delivering personalized care that improves mobility and quality of life for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of outpatient experience and an active NC PTA license. This is a flexible, patient-centered role with a light travel requirement and a focus on compassionate, high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to community.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (Outpatient experience preferred)
• Licensure: Active North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Flexibility: Comfortable traveling to community
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
