Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/long-term care setting. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and a supportive, mentorship-driven culture aimed at professional development and long-term success.

Responsibilities include delivering PT services under supervision, coordinating with PTs, maintaining regulatory documentation, and ensuring physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• AS PTA degree from an accredited PTA program (APTA-accredited).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
