Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full-Time team in Macomb, IL. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, in SNF and long-term care settings, ensuring state guidelines and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
