Tender Touch Rehab Services in Bridgeton, NJ is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will provide PT services under licensed supervision and help coordinate patient care for therapy evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
