Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. This position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and a collaborative environment with a focus on professional growth.

The successful candidate will provide PT assistant services under supervision, coordinate care with the PT, and participate in program development and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and followed.
