Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The role includes a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and opportunities for growth within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

As a PTA, you will deliver PT treatments under supervision, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and help ensure high-quality patient outcomes across sites.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist according to state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
