Tender Touch Rehab Services, a member of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality patient care.

You will provide PT services under supervision, assist with patient selection for therapy, and ensure compliant documentation and coordination with supervising PT for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA required in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
