Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide therapeutic treatments under a licensed PT and coordinate patient care for evaluation and referrals.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate degree and an active PTA license in the state. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a collaborative environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
