Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will work under a licensed PT to deliver therapy, assist in patient selection for therapy, and coordinate care with the PT and team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Applicants must hold an APTA-accredited PTA degree and current state licensure. New grads are welcome and mentorship is offered to support clinical growth and professional

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
