Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Fremont, CA team for a day shift. You will support licensed therapists in implementing care plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited PTA program, holds a current BLS certification, and brings strong communication and teamwork to the rehab setting in a dynamic environment near the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering care plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure quality outcomes
