Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT under the direction of a PT to improve mobility, strength and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety and goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement and quality of life for adults and seniors.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff for outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust plans based on rehab needs.
