Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy to adult and geriatric patients, focusing on independence, mobility and safety. Formación

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement, endurance and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
