Peak Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting in Texas. You’ll join a supportive team with mentorship, competitive pay, and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Texas PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
