This role requires a current PTA license in the state, a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation to patients' homes. You will contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
