Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our Roseville clinics. You will work closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

You will guide patients through exercises, monitor progress, document results, and educate families on home programs. Our team focuses on collaboration, ongoing learning, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• Experience assisting PTs in outpatient rehab.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate regularly with PTs about patient progress.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Collaborate with PTs and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
