Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a collaborative care team in Fair Oaks. You will implement therapeutic exercises, assist with treatments, and help patients achieve optimal recovery while coordinating with PTs and other clinicians for comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with active state licensure
• Experience assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Ability to collaborate with PTs and healthcare professionals
• Proficient in documenting treatment plans and progress
• Experience with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the PT.
• Communicate patient progress with PTs and adjust as needed.
• Instruct patients in exercises and home programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with PTs and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
