Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Zion, Illinois. The PTA will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help treat patients according to individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities include assisting with all phases of therapy, documenting patient progress, and maintaining clear communication with thePT, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assist patients following the individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Deliver quality treatment to support excellent functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment programs.
• Discuss treatment with patients and accurately record responses to therapies.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
