Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Illinois or in final stages of licensure.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, including 1 on 1 care.
• Carry out individualized plans of care.
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic environment.
