Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role at a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Blackwood, NJ. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Eligible candidates hold an APTA-accredited PTA program degree and a current PTA license in the state. You will provide therapy under supervision and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
