Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time pos in a SNF/long-term care setting in Blackwood, NJ. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified candidates.

You will provide PTAs under licensed PT supervision, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and contribute to quality outcomes, with a focus on professional growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
