Tender Touch Rehab Services in Blackwood, NJ is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation is $35.00–$42.00 per hour in a SNF/long-term care setting.

Reporting to a licensed PT and collaborating with a care team, you will deliver therapy, aid in patient selection, maintain documentation, and ensure orders are current. Requires an APTA-accredited PTA program degree and NJ PTA license.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT.
• Collaborate with team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
