A Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles as part of the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will:

1. Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
2. Retrieve vehicle keys and provide receipts to guests.
3. Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
4. Assist guests with luggage.
5. Retrieve guest items from vehicles upon request.
6. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
