PT Valet Attendant - Hilton Orrington (Finance)

A Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, your responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  2. Retrieving vehicle keys from and providing receipts to guests.
  3. Transporting guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
  4. Assisting guests with luggage.
  5. Retrieving guest items from vehicles upon request.
  6. Responding to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
