Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a part-time Teller to join our retail banking team in a fast-paced, client‑facing role. You will process transactions, help customers, and support daily banking operations with accuracy and professionalism.

This position offers growth opportunities, a schedule Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30–5:15 and Saturdays 8:30–12:15, with potential to work extra hours. You’ll represent the bank’s values while delivering friendly, personalized service.

Qualifications

• PART-TIME SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15. every Saturday 8:30-12:15. Flexibility to work more hours as needed.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
• Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency
• Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner
• Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15. every Saturday 8:30-12:15. Flexibility to work more hours as needed.
