Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, part of Therapy Partners Group in Southern California, seeks a part-time front desk assistant. Starting hourly: $16.90, schedule Monday–Friday about 20 hours per week, serving Orange County and nearby communities.

Your duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling check-ins, collecting co-pays, answering phones, and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reception area and greet patients professionally.
• Schedule appointments and handle front desk operations.
• Answer phones, triage calls, and manage intake forms.
• Collect co-pays and payments prior to visits.
• Maintain patient information confidentiality.
• Ensure clean, organized work environment.
• Coordinate with clinicians and support staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
