Job summary

Converse Woodburn is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to lead in-store service and operations. You will engage customers, train staff, and ensure a welcoming environment that reflects the Converse brand.

Responsibilities include running cash register operations, stocking displays, and maintaining visual standards while supporting store goals and schedules that include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
