Job summary

UPS sucht am Standort Main Street Hub eine Teilzeitführungskraft zur Überwachung von Paketabfertigungsteams, Schulung und Entwicklung der Arbeitsgruppen sowie zur Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Produktivität und Zuverlässigkeit.

Sie setzen hohe Standards in Ordnung, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit, führen proaktiv Coaching durch und arbeiten eng mit allen Ebenen der Organisation zusammen. Voraussetzung ist Führungs- und Logistik­erfahrung, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Sicherheit und MS Office.

Qualifications

• Führungsstärke in einem Lager-/Logistikumfeld nachweisen
• Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzkenntnisse

This position sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr.
