Responsible for providing efficient and professional telephone support to students, faculty, staff, and the public. This role involves answering incoming calls, providing information, routing calls, and handling inquiries related to student services, academic support, and general college information.

Business Hours
M-Th 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. F 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
summer M-Th 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 pm
Periodic evening and weekend hours during peak periods (e.g., open enrollment, payroll)
Occasional travel (less than 10%)
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time
The person in this position may need to occasionally move from office to other locations on campus
