Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a capable Supervisor to assist the management team in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining an attractive, organized store. You will lead by example, develop staff, and uphold store standards daily.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in apparel retail, a proven sales track record, and flexibility for evenings and weekends; occasional travel to other locations may be needed.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Overview

As a Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.
