Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team in delivering strong sales results and a top-notch customer experience. You will lead store operations, ensure merchandising standards, and create a positive, professional work environment for staff and customers.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, drive customer loyalty, and act as a role model when the Store Manager is unavailable.

You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
