Job summary

Colonial Group in Beaumont, TX is seeking a motivated Supervisor to support the store leadership team, drive sales, and maintain an engaging environment for customers and associates. You will oversee daily operations, model excellent service, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

You will lead by example, perform POS duties, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, while promoting respect, integrity, teamwork, and inclusivity.

You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
