Schulte Hospitality Group in Lincoln, NE is seeking a friendly, service‑minded Server to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience in a fast‑paced environment. Seat guests, monitor distribution, check station setup, and maintain compliance with liquor regulations.

Also responsible for handling checks and assisting with bussing as needed. We value teamwork, reliability, and hospitality.

Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and presented, and that buffet displays remain appealing.
• Check station before, during, and after shifts for proper set‑up and cleanliness.
• Abide by all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
• Total checks, present to guests, and accept payment.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of high school education; post‑high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Team player.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
• Operational knowledge of equipment such as cash registers and calculators.
• Basic mathematical skills needed to make change and give refunds.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
