What you get to do

1. Answer incoming calls regarding park information, employees, contractors, and guests.
2. Disseminate park and emergency information to relevant staff.
3. Monitor emergency alarm systems across the park.
4. Manage multiple radio channels and communicate via radios, pagers, and phones.
5. Respond to priority calls, including First Aid, and identify emergency situations to execute proper procedures.
6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
7. Coordinate with Security Management to ensure guest services and administrative support.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

What it takes to succeed

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 18 years old.
3. Experience in Security or Emergency Dispatch preferred.
4. Valid state driver’s license.
5. Ability to complete CPR training and certification.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to work indoors, with or without A/C, for entire shift.
9. Ability to sit for long periods.
10. Availability for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
11. One year of administrative or related experience preferred.
12. Possession of a valid state driver’s license is a plus.
