Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom and restrooms.
• Sweep and damp mop floors daily.
• Clean spills during shifts.
• Empty trash inside and outside the store.
• Schedule rotation and cleaning of dairy shelves and glass doors.
• Sweep parking lot.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and fixtures.
• Shovel and salt sidewalks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and provide excellent customer service.
• Report repairs or maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Meet minimum age requirements.
• Flexible schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk 100% of the time.
• Handle reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Lift and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

• Maintain cleanliness of store and equipment.
• Meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Salary: $15.00 - $19.65 per hour
